CONDITIONS APPLY:

• Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
• Return drop-offs will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. When you submit your Return request, you can choose to print a return label for a $7.00 flat fee.
• If you are returning multiple items, you do not need to generate multiple labels unless you plan on shipping items out in separate packages.
• We currently allow exchanges for Waist Trimmer Bundles (of equal or lesser value) and the Pre Sweat / Post Sweat Bundle up to 45 days from your date of purchase.
• We do not provide return labels for Exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping out your replacement.
• Depending on the form of return shipping you choose, it can take up to 10 business days for your return to reach us. Once your package has returned to our warehouse, a refund (minus the original cost of shipping) or exchange will be processed based on your request, and an email notification will be sent upon completion.
• Refunds will be issued in the amount equaling the item’s original purchase price and minus the original shipping cost. If we provide you with a return label, $7.00 will be deducted from your total refund. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) is/are delivered.
